About Morrisa
I have been a tutor for over 7 years, specializing in teaching English to non-native speakers from Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese backgrounds. My passion for teaching began when I started tutoring the grandparents of the children I babysat, and from there, I expanded my teaching to include parents and children.
As I gained more experience and knowledge, I transitioned to becoming an online tutor, which allowed me to connect with students from all over the world. Over the years, I have developed a unique teaching style that caters to each student's individual needs and learning style.
I believe that learning a language should be a fun and interactive experience, which is why I use a variety of teaching methods, including games, role-playing, and multimedia materials. My goal is not only to help my students improve their English skills but also to instill a love for the language and culture.
As a tutor, I take pride in my professionalism and dedication to my students. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe that everyone has the potential to learn and grow, and I am honored to be a part of my students' learning journey.

In my English language lessons, I offer a dynamic approach that combines two distinct styles of teaching. Through conversation practice, students get the opportunity to engage in meaningful communication with a native speaker, improving their listening and speaking skills naturally. In addition, I provide lesson plan-based instruction to reinforce grammatical structures, vocabulary, and overall language proficiency. My lessons cater to beginner and intermediate learners, creating a supportive and challenging environment that allows students to reach their language goals.
