About Troy
I am a certified TEFl teacher, with real world experience through teaching at a certified language center, as well as volunteer work with an NGO school. I have worked with all age groups, from children as young as 4, all the way to adulthood, teaching all lesson types imaginable, from basic conversational English, to ILETS preparation classes.

I am versed in in the PPP method, however my personal approach is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the learners, as well as what they respond to and what they do not, and begin building a base from there, as each individual responds differently. However I believe the majority of the interaction should come from the learner as it keeps them far more actively involved as well as helping keep up continuous practice.
