About Linda
I have always been an avid reader of fact and fiction, i have spent many hours with my own three children helping them to become confident readers with excellent comprehension. Now that my children are grown I would like to continue to reach out to more students and assist them by using my own love of English and my patience. I have been assisting learners with their reading and writing at a local Tutor center. Tutoring has helped me realize a long time dream by merging my two passions, English and teaching. I am a very punctual person and try to never break an appointment. I had been in the business world for over 35 years and have developed a great rapport with clients and suppliers.

My methodology as a teacher is simple, I believe a calm and structured lesson will benefit my students the most. I pride myself on my well planned and researched lessons that are student centered. I can easily adapt my lessons to my students individual needs.
I am by nature a very calm and patient person who loves to guide students through the various lesson goals. English is my native language so I am proficient in the language and I am a very confident teacher. Students can expect a well thought out lesson with a calm and patient teacher, we will move through the lessons at your own pace.
