Hi, I'm Ally, I'm a South African native English speaker. I'm a kind-hearted, giving, and bubbly person with a great sense of humor. I believe we all have something to give to advance our society and our world. I'm purpose driven and love to have a positive influence on those connected to me in any way shape or form. My lessons are structured to meet the needs of my students. As soon as I know your level and what your needs and expectations are regarding the English language I am able to adjust my lesson plans according to your needs. I also understand that not everyone learns at the same pace therefore I conduct my classes in a way that will allow my students to learn at their own pace. I like to keep my students engaged in my lessons by allowing them to actively interact with the lesson but if my students are the shy type I use an approach that will make them feel comfortable while learning. My teaching style includes vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversation. In my class, I also focus on reading, writing, Listening, and spelling. My student's goals are my priority.
