About Shiyaani

Hello! My name is Shiyaani, and I’m a TEFL-certified English tutor who loves helping students develop their English skills and, most importantly, their confidence.

I believe that learning English should be a positive and encouraging experience. Students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and practicing without feeling embarrassed or judged.

I have experience teaching and mentoring children and teenagers, and I enjoy creating lessons that are engaging, interactive, and adapted to each student's individual needs.

Whether your child is just beginning to learn English, needs help with schoolwork, or wants to become more comfortable speaking English, I can create lessons around their level and goals.

I also welcome adult beginners and learners who simply want to improve their conversational English in a relaxed and supportive environment.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more comfortable, capable, and confident using English.

My lessons can be personalized depending on your level and goals. We can work on:

* ️ Conversational English
* Reading and comprehension
* ️ Writing
* Grammar
* Vocabulary
* Pronunciation
* Listening comprehension
* School English and homework support
* Everyday English
* English for beginners

For children:

For younger students, I aim to make lessons interactive rather than relying only on worksheets and memorization.

Depending on the student's age and level, lessons may include:

* Games and interactive activities
* Conversations
* Stories and reading
* Vocabulary activities
* Grammar exercises
* Speaking practice
* Short writing activities
* Schoolwork support

I adjust the pace and activities depending on the student's attention span, confidence, and learning needs.

For adults:

Adult learners can focus on practical English that is useful in everyday life.

We can practice conversations, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, or situations such as communicating at work, shopping, travelling, meeting new people, or living in an English-speaking environment.

My teaching style:

I am patient, encouraging, and supportive. I don't expect students to be perfect.

Mistakes are a normal part of learning a language, and I want my students to feel comfortable trying, asking questions, and improving step by step.
