About Wendy Aphiwe

I am Wendy Aphiwe Mbejeni with a qualification in HR and currently doing my second year in BA Psychology. I have experience tutoring children in IsiXhosa through play and supporting high school learners with subjects. I also have a TEFL certificate. I'm passionate about helping learners grow in both confidence and knowledge. I believe learning should be a positive, empowering experience. I'm here to support you with patience, professionalism, and a genuine love for teaching. Whether you're struggling with a subject or aiming to deepen your understanding, I’ll tailor my approach to suit your unique learning style. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is I first understanding student goals and struggles. I then create a personalized lesson plans to meet student's needs. During lessons I create a positive atmosphere which is student centered. I am patient, adaptable and guide students to engage with me. I break down complex concepts into manageable tasks and with kids, I teach them through play. I am proficient in English and IsiXhosa. Students can expect interactive lessons with clear explanations and practical examples. I then summarize the main points of the lesson and preview the next session to ensure we are on the right page.
