About Jacobus (Joe)
I have been a professional all my working life and take my English teaching very seriously. I am an artistic person by nature. After spending most of my career as a graphic designer I turned to writing mystery novels and it was here that I had to pay special attention to my English grammar. After writing 6 books I seriously thought of teaching English to non-Native speakers.

* I love using English and am proficient in teaching English as a second language.
* Students wanting to learn English due to moving to an English-speaking country or merely because they have an interest in being proficient in the language will find my classes an interesting and successful way of achieving their goals.
* Mid-level (Independent) students who have a reasonable knowledge of English vocabulary but would like to improve their grammar and pronunciation and become confident in using the language would benefit from my easygoing, teaching style.
