My methodology is a bit different from the others I try to make sure a topics seeps in deep in their head by asking them to explain what the theorem means to me in their own terms, then I be the judge whether they have understood the topic or not. I ask to show me where in practical world can they find use of the theory, so education seems less meaningless to them
