About Jaya
I strongly feel it's all about your passion. While teaching, I feel good and happy I am more a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations, such that my students actively understand, reinvent and reconstrcut everything they learn, than a simple transmitter of ready made and established truths imposed on them from outside.

For me, teaching is part of learning. I make sure my
student when they have understood a concept i taught them or figured out for themselves how to solve a problem based on my guidance. I am trying consistentlynhow to represent, interpret, summarize and rethink about the whole concept I wish to teach or rather inspire my students in a specific period of time assigned to me.
