As a teacher, my primary goal is to foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while making learning engaging and enjoyable. I believe in a student-centered approach, where I adapt my teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of my students.
1. Interactive Learning: I encourage active participation through discussions, problem-solving sessions, and group activities. This helps students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and questions.
2. Real-World Applications: I connect mathematical concepts to real-life scenarios, which helps students understand the relevance of what they're learning. For example, using budgeting to explain percentages or geometry in architecture.
3. Differentiated Instruction: I assess each student's learning style and pace, providing personalized support and resources. This might include extra practice for some and advanced challenges for others.
My classes are primarily aimed at school children from classes 1 to 10. However, My goal is to build confidence and competence in mathematics for learners of all ages!
