About Tej
I am a B.Tech graduate who has worked in reputed MNCs like Accenture and TCS as a software engineer for more than 6 years. Even though I was paid well, I was not satisfied with my life as it was very monotonous and hardly had any impact on anyone. I returned to my hometown and started working from home. Then there was an opportunity in the govt school. I gave the exam and got selected as a Computer Teacher. Now it's been three years I've been teaching Computer, Maths, and Science to Class 9th and 10th as there is a huge lack of teachers in Govt School. Each and every student loves me, even those whom I never taught. I treat them as my kids or family. In short, I can be close to Nikumbh from Taare Zameen Par.

As a good teacher I try to create a lesson plan for each and every chapter. I introduce the topic by giving some real-life examples. I try to extract maximum info from the student to make sure what they know. Then I start my class from the very first concept. After every class, for 5 mins, I summarize the entire class. I give important topics and related questions as homework. There are weekly and monthly tests to get maximum coverage. My special feature is I get connected to students very easily and I understand their needs. I start my class only after knowing what they are expecting from me. I teach Maths and Science to class 9th and 10th. There are 120 students in total at present.
