About Riya

Hi, I'm Riya — a passionate and patient educator with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Though my background is in software development, my love for teaching Math started early, and over the years, I’ve enjoyed helping school students build clarity and confidence in the subject. I believe that every child can fall in love with Math if it’s taught the right way. That’s why I focus on simplifying complex topics using logic, visual methods, and practical examples. I also pay special attention to students who struggle with the basics — ensuring they get the support and encouragement they need. My students describe me as approachable, friendly, and someone who makes learning enjoyable without pressure. I truly care about their progress and aim to make them independent problem-solvers. Whether your child wants to strengthen their fundamentals, improve exam scores, or overcome their fear of Math — I’m here to guide them step by step in a comfortable and motivating environment.

About the lesson

As a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science, I strongly believe that Math is not about memorizing formulas — it's about understanding logic and building problem-solving skills. In my classes, I focus on making concepts crystal clear through simple explanations, real-life examples, and smart tricks that help students remember and apply what they learn. Teaching Method: Concept-first approach: I ensure students understand why before learning how. Doubt-solving friendly: Every class includes time for students to ask questions without hesitation. Practice makes perfect: Regular questions, assignments, and mini-tests to build speed and accuracy. Class Structure: Quick recap of previous topic Step-by-step explanation of new topic Solved examples + student practice Doubt session + homework discussion Who can join? These classes are specially designed for school students from Class 1 to Class 10 who want to build strong fundamentals, boost their confidence in Math, and perform better in school exams. My goal is not just to help students score better, but to actually enjoy Math and feel proud of their progress.
