I am a civil engineer. With the interest in subjects like Maths and Physics right from class 8, I would always give preference to these two subjects and passed them with A+ in class 10 and A in class 12. I continued this trend during my degree also scoring A+ in engineering mathematics.

I will have my target zones fixed . For example, if a particular student among any group finds any concept hard to understand,i will make sure my target is fixed particularly for this student.The difficulty will be focused on. Dont mistake the target as student . I said the Target Zones.
Each student will be given equal importance and opportunity so as to make them expressive
