I am offering any exercise advice and willing to create a personalized training programme to suit your needs- whether it be ongoing general fitness improvement (no costly equipment needed) or a periodized plan (training tailored for an upcoming race/event). Currently I have assisted athletes to achieve their Personal Best times in their respective 10km races.
