About Deone

I have been doing music for the past 15 years and have accomplished my grade 5 UNISA theory exams as well as passed my matric music theory exams. I am currently studying in the music industry where I compose and work with other artists and learn from their styles as well.

About the lesson

I usually try to teach from what you know and work up from there, while showing you tips and tricks of remembering things easier. I'm proficient in both English and Afrikaans and know the theory in both languages. A typical lesson will consist of going through either homework provided by your teacher or myself and recapping on the previous lesson, then going on into teaching the next step and letting you work on a worksheet where you can ask about things you don't understand and would like me to go over again. I am happy to help anyone up to Grade 5 level in theory or just willing to start out.
