About Harriesh

Hi, I’m a passionate and experienced Maths tutor who believes that everyone can succeed with the right guidance. I teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics at all levels, from A-level and below. With a couple of years of tutoring experience, I’ve worked with students of all abilities—those aiming for top grades as well as those who need help building confidence. I genuinely enjoy seeing students grow in their understanding and develop problem-solving skills they can use far beyond the classroom. About the lesson

As a dedicated Maths and Further Maths tutor, my approach focuses on clarity, confidence, and results. I tailor every lesson to each student's needs, breaking down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps. Whether you're struggling with the basics or preparing for A-level exams, I adapt my teaching style to suit your learning pace and goals. I believe in a problem-solving approach: developing deep understanding through practice, guided questions, and real-world examples. I focus on building intuition as well as exam technique—because mastering Maths isn’t just about memorising formulae, it’s about knowing when and how to use them. I also use visual aids, structured notes, and past papers to consolidate learning. Lesson Length Lessons typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the topic and the student's preference. Shorter sessions are available for younger learners or for focused exam revision. Qualifications & Experience I hold a strong academic background in Mathematics, with several years of tutoring experience across GCSE, A-Level. Also having myself achieved an A star in both at A levels, I feel as though I can pass on my knowledge to upcoming students.
