About Kalyani
My name is Kalyani! I love dogs! and have my own, whose name is Tiger. I graduated and am now in my third year of college, aspiring to be a doctor. For me, teaching is something I deeply enjoy doing and am passionate about. It's something I hope the student understands and enjoys instead of dreading.

I am able to teach from elementary school to high school. I plan to break down concepts, explaining terms that may be repeated in the future. Limiting calculator use, and doing an example problem and then providing a problem that the student is able to solve the same way I did the problem. This allows the student to learn through application. When teaching other students, instead of immediately stepping in when they are stuck, I like to give them hints because that still allows the student to think and apply their knowledge. Something that sets me apart from other tutors is that when I don't understand a concept, I relearn the entire concept in a way to teach myself, so I have had practice simplifying a problem down to roots for better understanding.
