About Shashank

I have been teaching since 2013. My teaching helped my family's financially. I used to teach 10th standard students all subjects in our locality and my cousins. 3 of them scored 90+% in boards, all of them passing.
Later in college, I taught students in my batch and was an assistant to the professor and took doubt clearing session.
I also taught students who were preparing for their IIT-JEE, one of them qualified(though I only used to clear his doubts and used to go to a coaching institute)
I had been a teaching assistant 8 subjects till now, and organised advanced and professional training programmes for students of our college to excel in the fields.
I have done 5 projects on
1)Civil Engineering - Engineering Materials;
2)Electrical and Electronics - Microelectronics
3)Data Science - Machine Learning and Neural Networks
4)Maths - Mathematical Modeling
5)Mechanical Engineering - Mechanical Materials

I had been teaching assistant in Real Analysis, Discreet Maths, Maths III, Electrical Machines, Machine Learning, Mechanical materials, Engineering Materials and Measure and Integration.

I have been lab assistant in Electrical Machines, Microelectronics and Microprocessor.

I teach in TIP(technical incubator program)- a programme in our campus in which the seniors of the college teach the students things like Machine Learning, Material analysis and choice, Data Science. A student of mine named Siddhart Sah got an internship at MIT in data science, to which I feel proud.

I taught students in other online websites like Hashlearn and had a very good rating 4.5+ out of 5.

My teaching skills are so much enhanced and I love teaching so much that I want to become a Professor in top engineering colleges and pursue a PhD.

Teaching clarifies my mind and makes me even more strong on those subjects.

About the lesson

I propose the following five key principles of good pedagogy:

motivation;The dependence of inspiration on the relationship with the teacher means that computers have only a supportive role to play in this field.

exposition;Good exposition requires an ability at public performance combined with good subject knowledge, good preparation and often good supporting props.

direction of activity;we learn by doing

criticism;Component parts of criticism are:

evaluation;
correction;
contextual repetition of exposition;
target setting
