About Amir
I hold a BA in English Translation and an MA in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Languag from well-established universities of Iran. I am also a PhD candidate of TEFL working on my dissertation for the time being.
My work experience in teaching English spreads over more than two decades. More specificly, I have taught numerous specialised English courses to university students magoring in English Translation and Teaching and many ESP courses to students of other fields of study. I also have had the honour of teaching high school students for 5 years. To add, twenty years of instructing teaching English at all levels to teens and adults in various language institutes forms a large part of my job experience. IELTS and TOEFL are the main international tests I prepare students for. Teaching thousands of students successfully meeting their language needs and training hundreds of teachers ending up teaching satisfactorily are badges of honour I am proud of.
