About Nasir
I have a PhD from the University of Cambridge in the area of material science. I conducted my undergraduate studies at Queen Mary University of London, and graduated with a Maters in Chemistry. I have been teaching GCSE maths for a considerable amount of time and want to share my experience and passion for chemistry with students who are looking to increase their understanding of the subject.

My aim as a tutor is to help my students to better understand areas they struggle with. I try in the first lesson or two to develop my understanding of the way the student thinks, and how they best receive new information. I ask student to give me the topics they struggle with in advance so that I can prepare lessons that will best benefit them. My hope by the end of any session that the student is confident of the content of the lesson and have a means to practice it on their own. I hope to develop and maintain a healthy tutor-student relationship where the student can bring up any questions and queries they have about the subject and I will try to help the best I can.
