I am a professional talented teacher who has a 26-year-experience.
I taught various students, graduates, employees, pilots, managers, teachers and college professors in different majors.

Instructions & Communications Skills:
• Able to evaluate the proficiency level of students.
• Able to design the appropriate curriculum and lesson plans based on English Proficiency Level of students.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet trainees' varying needs and interests.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, Role Plays, and demonstrations, and provide individual instruction to teach topics and skills.
• Monitor trainees' performance in order to make suggestions for improvement, and to ensure that they satisfy course standards, training requirements, and objectives.
• Observe trainees to determine qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, and other individual characteristics.
• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to trainees.
• Prepare trainees for further development by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to react with challenging tasks.
