About Denis
I am currently a business student attending the University of New Brunswick. I have excelled in all of my English classes and have a strong grasp on the English language. I have a lot of experience in writing essays and responding to readings. I am a patient, outgoing guy and I am confident in my ability to teach this subject.

I like to split reading and writing into separate days, so one lesson will be reading, and the next will be writing. During the reading lessons, I will provide the student with a reading that caters to their class level, and then have them respond to that reading by answering questions. Throughout the lessons, I will also be going over some strategies that can make responding to these texts much easier. During the writing lessons, I will provide the student with a topic to write about. Once they are done writing, I will go over their writing with them and fix any grammar, punctuation, or conjugation mistakes. From this exercise, I can also create other exercises for the part of their writing that has room for improvement for later lessons. While this is generally how my lessons will go, I will adapt to the student I am teaching and base my lessons on their needs. I think learning should be fun! That's why I like to get to know my students and have them do their work on something related to their interests. I can teach students that need help in this subject no matter the class level.
