About Taj
I enjoy music very much and have been playing the guitar for over 12 years, as well as having experience with bass, violin, viola, trombone, and saxophone. I live in Olympia, WA, and I'm a student at Evergreen State College. I currently give 1-on-1 lessons, and I've taught groups of children in the past. Classes will be taught to reflect any prior experience and interests

I offer hour-long classes open to children and adults, with no prior experience required. The classes are aimed at beginner and intermediate guitarists. I primarily teach acoustic guitar, although I can also teach beginner electric and bass guitar. We will take lessons at your pace. If you are just starting out, we will likely spend some time tuning and getting to know the strings, before we move on to learning major chords. My more intermediate classes will include barre chords, minor, sharp, and flat chords, as well as fingerpicking.
