About Pragya
Hello everyone, my name is Pragya Pandey. I am a professional teacher. I am an effective communicator both in writing and verbally. I have strong ability to plan and organise effectively. And the most important reason of me being in this profession is for the love of kids. I truly believe a child is the lighthouse of any society and my love for them is truly unconditional.

First, of all enter the class and greet your students. Maintain a big smile on your face and look at each one of them in a connecting way. Keep your instructions clear and simple. Let them listen first carefully. Make a compulsion for each student to speak in that language which is allowed in school or classroom environment only. Repeat and make them practice again and again the lessons or concepts that need to be thoroughly learned. Make your students talk and express themselves which is really necessary for building their confidence and personality. At last ask their queries and observe their week point, thus try to solve them.
