About Marla
As a mother of seven whom I homeschooled and a grandmother of nine so far, I love children and have a warm personality. But along with that, I have a fairly no-nonsense approach to teaching and will keep in mind the goal of mastery of subject matter.

A typical math lesson would include going over corrections and achieving mastery before moving on. Because of my extensive years of working one-on-one with students, I have learned how to word and re-word concepts for understanding. I can tutor elementary and middle school students.
