I plan lessons carefully and try to make them interactive, challenging, and interesting. I assess my students’ abilities and interests before planning the lesson, by using different resources and a focus on conversation, grammar, or vocabulary.
I usually start with a diagnostic test and a conversation to find out the student’s level.
