About Tracy
I have been a secondary maths teacher since 1992, including roles of Head of Year for 7 years, Head of Key Stage 4 for 4 years, Head of Department (Maths) for 7 years and Head of Sixth Form for 2 years. During that time I have worked in a co-ed State school and then in an all boys Independent school for 15 years each. I am also an external examiner of GCSE Mathematics and Team Leader.

I have taught maths to pupils from the ages of 11 to 18 across all ability levels.
I cater for the student's individual needs, identifying what they wish to achieve from this experience and tailor my teaching methods accordingly. I am a supportive, encouraging, confidence builder for those students who may struggle with the subject, but I am also able to stretch and challenge those who are more able.
My A level speciality is Pure Maths.
Having worked in both the state and independent sector I have experience of Entrance Examination preparation.
