About Allie
I’m a licensed math teacher with experience teaching grades 9–12, and I specialize in helping students build confidence and truly understand math. This is my 15th year in the classroom and I've recently taught pre-algebra, intermediate algebra, geometry, advanced algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and college algebra. I have a master's degree in educational leadership, where I did research on how to help struggling students.

I'm very passionate about teaching, and I love to help my students build confidence. I'm very patient and good at explaining things in multiple ways. I've done specific training in elementary and middle school for building foundational skills. I can help you break down complex concepts, learn the material, and help you pass the test. I can also help you prepare for the ACT or SAT, prepare for college exams! I’m a licensed math teacher with experience teaching grades 5–12, and I specialize in helping students build confidence and truly understand math—not just memorize steps.
