About Kaitlyn
I am a graduate from Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. I have a deep passion for language and language learning, and I spend a lot of my time reading and researching. I have a warm and welcoming personality and would love to help any student struggling with English

I take a student-led approach to teaching by allowing students to come to answers on their own, while encouraging them with what they may know.
I teach grammar through acquisition by laying out foundations of grammar and allowing students to pick up on grammar through reading and writing activities.
I teach phonetics so that students are able to pick up on sounds that are difficult for English learners.
I help students with reading and listening skills with activities that will help strengthen comprehension
I can help students from elementary to high school level who are having difficulty with understanding English grammar, difficulty with essay or creative writing skills or difficulty with reading comprehension. As well as students of any age who is learning English as a foreign language and needs help with understanding and speaking English.
