About Monica
My aim was to become an Elementary School Teacher but once I started working in schools as an Instructional Aide I fell in love with helping one-on-one. It was at my home school that I was asked by Moms to tutor their kids. Since then I have tutored many students who are struggling to catch up. It is highly rewarding to see my students feel much more confident and actually enjoy their school.

With my lessons I have successfully brought students up their grade level in a matter of months. During the first few lessons I am able to figure out what the student struggles which is usually what is making them struggle with their academics. Once we figure out their best method of learning then lessons are much easier for students to understand. This is key in order to help a struggling child.
