About Rachelle

I've taught many things, from horse riding to Taekwondo and English. I have two degrees, one in fashion design, and I've written two dissertations in my career. I currently work part-time, teaching children to speak English. I have a Russian student who is doing really well at voicing her needs in English.
I live in Scotland, and I have a dog. I write books on the weekend and most evenings. I also write for magazines and newspapers as a freelance journalist.
I aim to help you find confidence in communication and best of all I hope to help you find your voice.

About the lesson

I teach a 45 min lesson online. My approach to teaching is individual to how you learn and what helps you the most.
I teach all ages and abilities.
I teach grammar translation, and the direct approach through communication and verbalisation. I also enjoy teaching the direct method which is blending thinking and communicating in English. I enjoy using flash cards and working on basic conversation.
