About Agostina
Since 20 years that i practice yoga. Ive first got in touch with this practice because ive had a big pain in my chest.i started to learn and practice and then i couldnt stop my heart! I felt in love with this way of living that takes you softly but surely to experiment freedom and creativity in your body heart hands and mind.

What i teach is a mix of different things that have helped me and still do. I teach yogasanas in a dynamic way, also practicing staying in the postures. i teach allignment of asanas, i love inversions (heart above head postures), i work with breathing, yoga nidra and practices that are used to clean the path to a calmer and meditative state of mind.

Perfect! Nice yoga class!
Perfect! Agostina is very knowledgeable and organized with her approach. I'm 65 years old with lots of Martial Arts Experience but need to be more Flexible, Have Better Posture and More Controlled Breathing. Without even requesting these things, she went slowly our free lesson and worked in each of these areas. Very pleased highly recommend.
