About Jennifer
Being a native speaker puts me in a big advantage since I'm able to teach the language that I've known for years. Secondly, I've learned the English language so I can make my beginners students feel comfortable asking questions In their primary language. Additionally, the experience of teaching young African Americans the Spanish language and culture at High school has helped me build a confidence in teaching and making everyone feel as comfortable as if they were with a friend, I belive I can use it when tutoring here as well.
