About Margarita
I am a 200-hour certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation, Mandala&Elements yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, mat pilates and reformer pilates instructor.I also host yoga&meditation retreats worldwide.
I am very eager to share my passion and knowledge with people. My mission is to help others to find their way into a whole new world of mindfulness, happiness, and joy through exploring and practicing mindful practices like yoga and meditation.
Above all, I believe small changes and steps have the potential to transform people's lives. As a mindfulness and meditation practitioner, I always empower and encourage my students to always look at the bright side, be present in the moment and create good habits! Daily habits become routine and routine, at some point, becomes second nature.

The session is 60 mins, it includes seated/lying meditation, gentle yoga and sound bath, and Savasana (relaxation pose).
When beginning a yoga practice or getting back to it after a while, a few basic steps will get us going in the right direction. I believe in being truthful and clear from the beginning. For me yoga has become my companion on a lifetime journey, it is my ally to encourage and help others to find their power, love, support, self-awareness, and self-love.
I have only one rule in my yoga class, which is always to listen to your body and adapt the practice to its changes. If you feel tired, that's okay, if you feel sore, that's okay if you feel energized, that's okay, let your body speak, let your body guide you, and let me help you to find your flow with peace and tranquillity. Please remember: yoga has the flexibility to adapt to you, and not the other way around.
