About Jayda
I’m a bubbly and approachable tutor with a real passion for helping others learn. I find it incredibly rewarding when students begin to enjoy learning and grow more confident in their abilities. I aim to create a supportive, positive environment where questions are always welcome and progress is celebrated. It’s a joy to see students not only improve but also develop a genuine love for learning.

• I start each lesson with a quiz to warm the student up for what is to come next. • I focus on a specific area of the topic from the syllabus, using checkpoint questions along the way. • I finish with exam questions and model answers, then ask students about any queries or misconceptions they have on the topic studied. • Once a whole subtopic is completed, I assess the student with a test. • I aim to give homework at the end of every lesson to reinforce what the student has learnt during the week. • My hourly rate is £20/hour for GCSE students and £15/hour for 11+ students. • I work with students aged 11 to 16 and have been tutoring since May 2022. • I have received numerous positive reviews and have helped students achieve extraordinary grade improvements.
