Personalized study plan by identifying each student’s goal, strength, and weakness. I encourage my students to take advantage of their strength to achieve their goal and not to be shy of their imperfection. I would prefer a 2-hour lesson with a 5-minute break every 25 minutes (Pomodoro techniques). I have experience tutoring students aged 10 to 17.
