About Stacy
I am a passionate and caring person who places great importance on health, well-being, and helping others feel comfortable in their bodies. At 39 years old and as a mother of two wonderful boys—one aged 20 and the other 9—I understand the importance of maintaining physical health, mobility, and balance at every stage of life. My warm, patient, and supportive approach allows me to create a welcoming environment where clients can feel encouraged as they work toward their personal goals.

Techniques and teaching methodology:
My teaching focuses on gentle stretching, mobility, and relaxation techniques designed to help release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote greater body awareness. I adapt each exercise to the individual’s abilities and comfort level, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Typical lesson length:
Each lesson lasts approximately 45 minutes. This allows enough time for a gentle warm-up, focused stretching and mobility exercises, and a relaxing cool-down. Lessons are conducted at a comfortable pace, with modifications provided where needed to suit each participant’s flexibility, experience, and physical needs.
Qualifications and experience as a tutor:
I have nine years of experience in Latin American dance, along with extensive experience practicing stretching and flexibility exercises. I also have a good understanding of the human body, movement, and body mechanics. Although I am at the beginning of my tutoring journey, I am passionate about supporting others and helping them work toward their personal goals.

These lessons are designed for adults aged 40 and over, particularly beginners or anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and body awareness in a safe and enjoyable way.
