About Ashley Lianne
Hi, I am Ashley, and I am a GCSE maths tutor. With my commitment to education and my personal journey with my academic career, I reflect on my journey and consider what I would have done differently as a GCSE student. Therefore, I have been determined to help students reach their best potential and have a growth mindset for learning for GCSE students. Furthermore, I strive to ensure that all my students feel confident in their ability no matter the issue and that it takes resilience to reach their goal.

As a tutor, I pride myself on being flexible to my students' needs, and being a tutor for the past 2 years has taught me that students require guidance on how to learn and revise. As your child's tutor, I will consistently provide tips and tricks for students to build their exam discipline. So students will have the chance to take leadership over their learning and suggest their areas of struggle, and I can successfully curate a lesson to that need. Later, after 4 weeks, there will be an assessment to test their knowledge, and they will receive a personalised report called “Progress Log” identifying their areas of strengths and weaknesses. The lessons I typically deliver are 1 hour each week; this can be modified based on how long the student desires to have lessons. For GCSE students, I would strongly recommend two-hour lessons to ensure a great amount of content is covered.
