I teach Computer Science at GCSE and A-Level. My teaching experience ranges from Years 7-13 in full time education. I also have a recent 1st Class degreee from Swansea Univeristy in Computer Science.

About Caelan
Having completed a degree in my specialised subject, I have more than the appropriate technical skills to teach at the mentioned levels. Adding to this, as I have done with my previous students (Year 13 especially), I can even help them to prepare for University levels of difficulty, and explore ambitious coding projects that will push them out of their comfort zone.
As a younger teacher I also hope to inspire students to see where Computer Science can take them in a future career.
I have multiple contacts in industry so students are also more than welcome to ask questions regarding the career and in certain cases I can put them in contact with Software developers and maybe even reccommend them for summer internships.

I approach my sessions using modern teaching practises taught to me by teaching experts via my PGCE course. Sessions will be personally structured and can provide enough feedback so Parents and Student alike can clearly see progress.
My sessions are normally 60 - 90 minutes long and can be requested as such. I have experience working in classes of up to 20 and as little as 1 on 1, between Years 7-13, as well as coaching for GCSE or A-Level Examinations.
