About Desiree
For me being on time shows respect to myself and my students, they way you dress and be a leader as well. Iam a mother after all and for me being attentive to my students needs is a must , show them that you care by asking them questions, being able to listen to them,being able to apologize if somehting went wrong , acknowledge their emotions. As a teacher being organised is helpful to the learning of the children, at the same time being creative as well and innovate all the time

My lessons are based on the level of the students. First I create a bond and I build trust between my students and I. I make sure they understand that communication skills is key to succeed, either if they have a question, if they don’t understand something they need to feel
Comfortable to ask me without any judgement . Also teaching a skill to a student for me it’s not only telling them , but I like to demonstrate by playing games and doing examples.
