About Lynn
Hello everyone, I'm Dan. I've loved traditional Chinese culture since I was a child, especially Taoism and Buddhism. In 2019, I met my current master and followed him to learn Tang yoga. This yoga was passed down from the ancient Tang Dynasty in China. Tang yoga includes standing and meditation. Starting in 2025, we want to make it public so that more people can learn. It consists of two parts, standing and meditation. Each part includes three levels, low level, intermediate level, and advanced level. Each level has 5 lessons, including theoretical part and practical practice part. In addition, there are Q&A classes, which can be purchased according to your needs. Because our teaching focuses more on practical practice, but everyone has different problems in practical practice, so you can purchase Q&A classes according to your needs.
