About FRANCIS
I have a bachelors' degree in English and also Communication from Kentucky Christian University (USA). I have been teaching English for more than twenty-five years. My cross- cultural teaching experience involves teaching from Intermediate phase to college level.

The two methods of teaching that I use the most and have found to be most effective are: direct method-focusing on the target language with emphasis on repetitive drill; and communicative method-using realistic situations the students may find themselves in.
