Toddlers (18 months–3 years)
Goal: Water exploration, kicking, floating, basic submersion.
Unique Methods:
“Magic Carpet Rides”: Use a floating mat where they sit or lie down while pulled across the water.
Bubble Games: Teach breath control by blowing bubbles on command—turn it into a dragon or volcano game.
Follow the Leader: Use games where instructors act like animals ("swim like a dolphin!") to teach motion.
