About Peter
Hi. I have been teaching physics in English and Chinese schools for over 30 years at both GCSE and A level. I have also trained teachers in cosmology, astrophysics, particles physics and medical physics. I have an BSc honours degree in physics from the University of Leeds and and a Master’s degree in Science Education from Kings Colllege London. I love to enthuse my students with my passion as well as improving their confidence and exam teachnique.

My teaching method is adapted to meet the individual’s needs. So, I use a combination of formal presentation of a topic, which included an interactive element to guide and reinforce understanding, so as to encourage a student to take more responsibility for their learning. I encourage students to question their learning so as to reinforce the meaning and validity of the subject matter.
