About Sydney
I will always feel lucky that my job is to watch students succeed, find effective techniques and learn to trust themselves. Learning is absolutely not one size fits all, and it may bring frustration and discouragement; through my dedicated support you will find that suddenly you will begin to believe in yourself again. My approach is highly individualized, and I adapt to each student. I utilize my education of learning, memory and cognitive psychology to unlock learning tools for you through observation of your strengths.

My teaching approach is individualized, psychology-informed, and highly adaptive to each student’s learning style. I combine academic instruction with executive functioning support, helping students strengthen skills such as reading comprehension, writing organization, focus, time management, and confidence in learning. I emphasize clarity, repetition when needed, and creating an environment where students feel supported rather than overwhelmed.
