About Marisela
I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology however my work experience has been in education. I work part time primarily with children who have special needs. I also have experience with preschool to third grade in regular education. First experience in teaching was in 2008 preparing first graders in Illinois for a standardized exam.
Later I would promote tutoring programs continuing with online tutoring. Once I gained experience I was able to get a job at the School City of Hammond

My teaching methodology is to follow the teacher's lesson plans. In case there are none I prepare in advance with materials relevant to the class. I include in my lessons relaxation music when appropiate. Depending on what I will teach I will focus on that subject and add what I believe is appropiate. I enjoy teaching because I truly believe that my work ethic goes beyond Substituting.
