About Taylen
Hi! I'm Taylen, an Arts / Primary Education student at Monash University. While living in Melbourne for university, I am originally from rural Victoria, and so I understand that sometimes extra support is needed when trying to reach goals. Due to living remotely, and needing ways to entertain myself, I fell in love with reading and everything that it represents. After being placed in the top 15% of Victoria's 2023 VCE cohort, I decided to pursue literature at a tertiary level, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the books that I read, as well as how to teach the content.
I have been tutoring for three years, and have completed school placements, which have allowed me to grasp certain teaching techniques otherwise unknown to me.
