About Sam
I am a student who is studying Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol. Being very strong in Mathematics as well as Physics I believe I can tutor GCSE and A-level students to achieve their desired grades.
I believe this because of my achieved grades as well as my previous tutoring experience.
At GCSE i achieved:
9,9,9,9,8,8,8,8,8,7
And at A-level:
A*AA in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics respectively.

I believe that the best way to achieve high grades in mathematics and physics is to develop a deep understanding of the content rather than to rely on memory. A question based approach to learning is far more effective than relying on textbooks to give you information since this actively challenges you to understand whatever it is you are learning. I can tutor GCSE level and A-level with experience tutoring GCSE physics.
I am flexible with lesson timings as i believe the optimal timing for a lesson varies between students.
