About Ngọc
Hello! My name is Han, and I’m an international student from Vietnam with a strong passion for mathematics. As someone who has studied math in both Vietnam and abroad, I bring a fresh and flexible perspective to the subject. I enjoy sharing quick and effective problem-solving methods that I have learned through my own studies. I believe that math doesn’t have to be difficult or boring—it just needs to be explained in the right way. In my lessons, I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step thinking, and practical tips that help students solve problems with confidence. I am also patient and friendly, so students always feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I try to make my math lessons clear, friendly, and easy to understand. I explain each topic step by step, using simple language and real-life examples. I also encourage students to ask questions and think about why something works, not just how to do it. When possible, I use drawings, number lines, or simple diagrams to help students visualize the problems.
Each lesson usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and focus. I begin with a short review, then teach a new topic, and finally give some exercises to practice. If the student has homework, I help them understand how to solve it, not just give the answers.
I have experience tutoring math for school students, especially in areas like algebra, geometry, fractions, and word problems. I enjoy teaching because I like helping others feel more confident in math, even if they used to find it difficult.
My lessons are for students aged 10 to 18, from beginner to intermediate level. I can help both students who struggle with math and those who want to improve or go further. I always try to make the lessons match the student’s learning style and pace.
