I am an Irish student studying abroad currently in the university of Kent. I love what I study and would love to pass on what I’ve learned to younger years and for me to learn from them. I love helping someone out and seeing them progress and see an increase in their confidence

My usual methods towards teaching English would be letting the students lead the class by making an argument or point and hearing the students opinions on it and really making them think. I am happy to do classes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour as it takes time to get the students thought process rolling and anything over an hour they start to lose concentration. I don’t have much experience teaching as I’m still a student but I believe I would be a great asset as I would provide more modern and creative learning scenarios. I would feel most confident tutoring students in the age range 13-16 as they are beginning to come up with their own ideas
